Grace AnnGRANDFIELDof Bishops Lydeard, passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital with her loving family beside her, on the 28th December 2024. Aged 85 years.
Grace will be sadly and greatly missed by her loving family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Saturday 18th January 2025 at 12:00 noon.
